How to Download Twitch VODs, Clips and Videos
Twitch lets streamers download their own past broadcasts, and anyone download the clips they made themselves. To save the VODs and clips you watch - one, several or a whole channel - three steps:

In your browser, open the VOD, the clip or the channel on Twitch and copy the address from the address bar. For several videos, copy each one's address; for everything on a channel, copy the address of the channel's page.

Download Twitch VODs in Full
A past broadcast downloads whole, however long it is, as one MP4 file with its picture and sound, in the best quality Twitch keeps for it, no higher than the quality you chose in the wizard.
Twitch keeps past broadcasts for a limited time and then deletes them; a VOD you download stays on your computer. The free version goes up to 1080p; Premium takes whatever Twitch has above it. Nothing is enlarged or re-compressed.
Some videos do not download: a VOD Twitch has already deleted, and a broadcast while it is still live - it downloads as a past broadcast once it ends, if the channel keeps them.
Twitch Clip Downloader: One Clip or a Whole Channel
Paste a clip's address - clips.twitch.tv/… or the one under the channel's name, twitch.tv/…/clip/… - and it downloads as an MP4 file named with its title. For all the clips of a channel, open its clips on Twitch, choose the period and copy the address: the clips of that period download into one project, named after the channel.
The address carries the period you chose on the page, so choose it before you copy.
