NeoDownloader is provided as freeware for personal use only. You may:

  • Create up to 10 projects
  • Download videos in HD quality (720p)

Premium Version

The Premium version requires a one-time payment of $29 and includes:

  • unlimited images, videos, and files per project
  • unlimited number of projects
  • FullHD/4K/8K video quality support
  • Priority email support
  • 1 year of free updates (renewal available at $19/year)
  • Installation on multiple computers for the same user

The license key is non-transferable and may not be shared with other users.

Use Restrictions

You agree NOT to use NeoDownloader to:

  • Download copyrighted content without proper authorization from the copyright holder
  • Violate any website's terms of service or robots.txt directives
  • Overload servers or disrupt normal website operations
  • Collect personal data without consent
  • Engage in any illegal or harmful activities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of NeoDownloader complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Premium purchases. If you are not satisfied with NeoDownloader Premium, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting our support team.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of NeoDownloader after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
