How to Download Twitter Videos and Photos
X Premium subscribers can save a video from a post when its author allows downloads. For photos and videos, one post or a whole profile, four steps:

Copy an X Address
On X, open the post and take its address from the address bar or from the share menu under it. Gather several posts by copying them one by one; for an account's whole timeline, the profile's address is what you need.

Files are named after the author and the first words of the post, and a profile's go into a folder carrying the account's name. Whatever is fetched while signed in counts as your account's activity on X. Running the project again later brings only the posts published since.

With “Timeline” ticked, the program walks the account's posts from newest to oldest and keeps every photo and video it finds there, in the account's folder. Reposts are skipped, so the folder holds what the account itself published.
