Open the Comic's Episode List
On webtoons.com, open the comic and stay on the page that lists its episodes. Its address ends in list?title_no= and a number; copy it. For a single chapter, copy the address of that chapter's page while you read it.

Webtoon Downloader That Keeps the Reading Order
A WEBTOON episode is a column of tall strips, and each strip is saved as a picture of its own, named by the episode number and its place in the episode: 1-01.jpg, 1-02.jpg, then on to the next chapter. They sit in a folder named after the comic, so sorting by name puts the story in order.
Whatever the comic lists as an episode comes down with the chapters - the sketches and art-process extras some creators post between them included.

On a phone, WEBTOON's site sits at m.webtoons.com. Gallery Downloader reads the addresses of the full site, so change the m. at the start to www., or copy the comic's address on a computer, and paste that.
