Not every site makes it that easy. Some show only previews and keep each original on a page of its own; others check that a human is visiting before they open. Turn the Folder into a Desktop Slideshow
Changing the wallpaper is the system's job, and Windows, the Mac and KDE Plasma on Linux all take a folder for it. On Windows: Settings, Personalization, Background, pick Slideshow under “Personalize your background”, Browse to the folder and set how often the picture changes. On a Mac: System Settings, Wallpaper, Add Photo, Choose Folder, then turn on shuffling. On KDE Plasma: Configure Desktop and Wallpaper, the Slideshow wallpaper type, Add Folder.
Want fresh ones next month? Run the project again. Wallpapers already in the folder are left alone, and the ones that have climbed into the list since then are added.

Phone Wallpaper Pack on the Lock Screen
Bring the folder over the way you already move photos to the phone - iCloud Photos, Google Photos or a cable - and keep it as an album. On an iPhone: Settings, Wallpaper, Add New Wallpaper, Photo Shuffle, then choose that album; it can change on tap, on lock, hourly or daily. On Android, Google Photos and the phone's own gallery set any picture as wallpaper from its menu.
A subreddit is less tidy than a filtered search: beside the wallpapers, people post photos of their phones and pictures of other shapes. Look through the folder before you shuffle it, or take Wallhaven's 9x16 filter when only exact phone shapes will do.
