Loom's own Download button comes with its paid plans and saves one video at a time. For one recording, a list of them or a whole public folder, three steps:

Check where the files go and click Create project. The recordings arrive one after another, each a single file with picture and sound, named with its title on Loom. A video added to the folder later arrives on the project's next run, and nothing else downloads again.
Save Loom Videos as MP4, up to the Size They Were Recorded
Loom streams a recording as separate picture and sound, in a few sizes up to the one it was recorded at, which on a Retina or 4K screen is well above 1080p. NeoDownloader takes the largest size the quality you chose allows and puts picture and sound into one file.
The free version stops at 1080p; Premium takes a recording at its full size. Most recordings land as MP4; one made in the browser that Loom keeps in its original form can land as WebM, at the same size.
A video behind a password does not download: NeoDownloader has nowhere to enter one.

Can I download my own Loom videos on the free plan?
