Which Bing Images Are Free to Use?
Bing Images finds pictures on other people's sites, and their authors decide how the pictures may be used. Bing's licence filter narrows a search to pictures marked as public domain, Creative Commons or free to share and use.
The terms are on the page each picture was found on, and NeoDownloader keeps that page with every picture.
Narrow a Bing Image Search Before Downloading
