How to Download from Acast
An Acast show page offers “Follow” and an “RSS” feed for podcast apps, and no download. To have the episodes as files, three steps:

Open the Show on Acast
Go to the show's page, shows.acast.com/ followed by the show's name, and copy the address. To keep a single episode, open it and copy its address, which ends in /episodes/ and the episode's name.

Download from Acast as MP3, Titles Included
Each episode lands as an MP3 named after its title, with Acast's code for the episode in square brackets: Introducing Explore [626f6e96c916f10014eff179].mp3. Numbered shows keep their numbers at the front of the title, so the files fall into order by name.
The episode plays in NeoDownloader's viewer, so a long show can be checked before you copy it to a phone or a car's stick.
