How to Download Videos from Facebook
Facebook lets you download the reels and videos you posted yourself. For other public videos and reels, three steps:

Copy a Facebook Video Address
In your browser, open the video or the reel on Facebook and copy the address from the address bar, like https://www.facebook.com/reel/…, or the link from its Share button. For several videos, copy each one's address.

How to Download Photos from Facebook
Facebook opens its photos only to people who are signed in, so NeoDownloader downloads them after you sign in. Four steps:
Copy a Page or Profile Address
In your browser, open the page or the profile on Facebook and copy the address from the address bar - like https://www.facebook.com/…/photos for its Photos tab. The address of the profile itself works too.
